Eric founded the company with Pat Tao in 2001. Eric has more than 10 years of experience in the Human Resources/Employment Advertising field.
Prior to founding Workin.com, He was Vice President of Business Development for Tapestry.net. In his work at Tapestry he developed extensive relationships with IBM, Oracle and Microsoft. Before joining Tapestry, Eric held Product Management and Engineering positions at Seagate Technology. He received a bachelor's degree from California State University — Sacramento. |
| • John Weinberg - COO |
John Weinberg joined the company as a member of the board in January 2003. He later assumed responsibilities in the company's daily operations as the COO and became an advisor in the strategic planning for the company.
Prior to his role on the board, Mr. Weinberg served as Vice President of Product Line Management for Seagate Technology, where he was responsible for product launch and the revenue of the desktop product line. Before joining Seagate Mr. Weinberg held management positions at Exxon Information Systems, and IBM. Mr. Weinberg holds a M.S. degree form University of California Davis and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara. |
