• Eric Swanson - C.E.O./President
President and C.E.O. Eric Swanson founded Workin.com in January 2002. Combining his 20-year experience in recruiting, advertising and technology, he has produced unmatched growth for online recruitment in local job markets in the private sector. Under Mr. Swanson's leadership, Workin.com produces some of the highest profit sharing with its partners. Prior to founding Workin.com, Mr. Swanson was Vice President of Business Development for Tapestry.net where he developed extensive relationships with IBM, Oracle and Microsoft. He previously held Product Management and Engineering positions at Seagate Technology. He received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.
• John Weinberg - C.O.O.
John Weinberg joined the company as a member of the board in January 2003. He later assumed responsibilities in the company's daily operations as the COO and became an advisor in the strategic planning for the company. Prior to joining Workin.com, Mr. Weinberg served as Vice President of Product Line Management for Seagate Technology, where he was responsible for product launch and the revenue of the desktop product line. His 30-plus years of worldwide sales, marketing and engineering experience also include management positions at Exxon Information Systems, and IBM. Mr. Weinberg holds a M.S. degree form University of California Davis and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.
• Patrick Tao - C.T.O.
Co-founder Patrick Tao draws upon over 10 years of experience in scalable and high-availability web applications. He oversees all technical aspects of workin.com. Mr. Tao is a graduate of Stanford University.
